Handling Service Inclusive of

Arranging to collect the goods/consignment to be containerised, and upon receipt the goods/consignment checked against the customer’s order.

Packing Service Inclusive of

Preparing packing material, carton box, carton roll, single face, wooden frame and wooden crate. Packing each individual item to international packing standards to ensure the absolute safety and security of each piece. Finally loading the goods into the container to ensure security of consignment.

Export Document Service Inclusive of

Preparation of shipping invoice, packing lists, customs clearance documents and the certificate of origin from the Indonesian trade department.

Fumigation ( Wood and/or Rattan based products)+ ISPM-15, Service Inclusive of

Fumigation and treatment of goods to prevent insect infestation and mould growth during shipping. Preparing the standard packing and labelling as stated within the new regulations for exporting rattan and handicraft products. Certificates provided in accordance with ISPM-15.

Trucking and Feeder Service Inclusive of

Road haulage to the port in Bali. Transhipment to Surabaya port and shipment onto the destination country/port.

Bill of Lading (B/L) Service Inclusive of

Preparing and issuing any required shipping documents including the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Mail Document by Courier Service Inclusive of

Sending the original document (B/L, Invoice & Packing list) to the consignee. The consignee will receive these original documents prior to the containers arrival at the destination port. Transit time for the shipment by FCL to UK is approximately 4 to 5 weeks with the routing (Surabaya-Singapore-Felixstowe).
